The Challenge: Homefront delivers its services Australia-wide to a large customer base, through complex technology and processes. However, their service needs to be simplified for their audience to understand.
In a crowded space, much of the messaging is focused on why HomeFront's service is superior to any other options the audience is considering.
HomeFront have a range of B2B and B2C clients, stakeholders and partners. Each video is strategically designed for a specific audience and objective.

VIDEO 1: Visionary Live Action Explainer
The video is designed to position the HomeFront executive team for their larger, corporate clients (mainly the Department of Veteran Affairs).
The audience already understands HomeFront's service after watching their Animation. So in this video, we used Live Action video, because we wanted to create an emotional human story and position the leadership team as trustworthy authorities in their space.
VIDEO 2 - 3: Visionary Live-Action Case Study
Once potential clients are into HomeFront's Sales Process, they can be shown Live Action Case Study videos. These tell the story from a client's perspective. They discuss their challenges, buying decision and results.
Notice that the messages are very strategic - but we also ensure they are authentic, and told in the client's natural conversational style.
These videos also feature artistic camera footage and a story-telling style to keep the viewer engaged
VIDEO 4: Visionary Live-Action Testimonial
The Live-Action testimonial simply features a client speaking to the camera. This is similar to a case study - but rather than discussing the whole journey, the testimonial is a simple, spoken account of the results that Homefront produced.
VIDEO 5: Visionary Explainer Video
The final video explains the service and the booking process. It makes the process FEEL easy for the client, and subtly positions Homefront as the best option available, in comparison to competitors the audience are considering.
