THE CHALLENGE

The Service (Quote from the "Code V" Video Script): "Welcome to Southern Cross Hemp Oil. We’re an international Full Plant Hemp Oil supplier based in New South Wales, Australia. Our products are fully compliant, reliably delivered and the highest quality in the world."

The Challenge: When we met SCHO, they already had a world-class product, and large overseas clients. But they wanted to differentiate from competitors by explaining the unique products and capabilities they have. SCHO needed potential clients to see the website and immediate FEEL that they could trust the brand with large orders.

Visionary Video-Powered Website

For this project, we re-designed the SCHO brand from scratch. We went with natural green and brown colours to give SCHO the natural feel, and resonate with their environmental vision. Also notice the X-Factor by featuring a live video of SCHO's crops as the background of the website!

The Visionary Explainer Video was produced in both English and Japanese, so that SCHO's Japanese prospects could feel immediate trust for the international company

Shopify Store

SCHO commissioned us to create a Shopify store for their B2C customers after creating their B2B website and other campaigns.


Building the online store involved some complex challenges with payment processors due to the nature of SCHO’s industry and laws within Australia (their country of operation).


We introduced a 3PL to help SCHO ship their products to customers worldwide.
Once the Shopify store was live with regular sales, we handed it over to SCHO’s in-house team to continue managing.
