THE CHALLENGE

Nesters are a real estate company with a significant unique value proposition. They are disrupting traditional real estate using a cutting edge phone app and working around some of the problems sellers often experience with agents. Nesters brings massive value to its customers, but it’s difficult for them to really understand this value. This problem is especially exacerbated in a crowded market, where prospects don’t take the time to read website text and understand the REAL value the service can bring them. The video was designed to ensure that viewers quickly felt Nesters were a credible and trustworthy brand.

THE DELIVERY

The Visionary Team worked with Nesters’ Managing Director, Maurice Flores, to create an engaging video with a hint of fun. The Nesters visual brand needed to be represented powerfully through the graphics and the narrative of the video. It was important that the visual design was clean and modern, to sub-communicate an established, trustworthy company. The video was launched through the Nesters website and landing pages. Sections of the video, as well as the whole video, was also used in targeted Facebook campaigns to generate leads. Finally, the graphics in the video will be implemented throughout Nesters’ marketing initiatives for overall brand consistency.
